Varieganneft sums up fulfillment of labour contract in 2013

Varieganneft, Ryssneft’s subsidiary, has held the conference of labour collective to sum up fulfillment of labour contract, concluded between the employer and employees of Varieganneft in 2013. 129 delegates of departments, services and structural subdivisions of the company took part in the conference.

The Conference noted that welfare payments significantly increased last year. In 2013, total expenses of providing social package made up 66 million rubles, 50 thousand rubles per employee, and the staff received full wages in time.
Also, according to approved standards, all employees of the company were provided with work clothes, safe shoes and other personal protective equipment; the costs made up over 10 million rubles. Around 700 workers employed in jobs with harmful working conditions received special food (milk) – it was spent more than 2 million rubles for this.
