Bashneft acquires Burneftegaz.

The group of companies "Bashneft" gained control of 100 % of LLC "Burneftegaz" the leading oil exploration and production company in the Tyumen region. The transaction was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

LLC "Burneftegaz" through its 100 percent subsidiaries owns the rights for the exploration and development of Sarov (East Vuemsk license area) and Tortasinsk (Tortasinsk license area) deposits, the total oil reserves of C1 + C2 categories make up 53.4 million tons. Sorovsk field was put into commercial operation in 2013. A 100 per cent "Burneftegaz"’s subsidiary - LLC "Tortasinskneft" - also owns the exploration licenses for Ityahsk 3 North and East Unlorsk subsoil areas.
