Technically, Ukraine may arrange the supply of 25 billion cubic meters of gas a year from the EU countries. A.Yatsenyuk said.
He asserted that diversification of gas supply is one of the top targets of the Ukraine to date. This topic was discussed at the meeting with the tops of government of Ukraine and the EU delegation.
“According to our assessment, it is possible to supply 25 billion cubic meters of gas a year, which will be by $100/per 1000 cubic meters less than the supplies from Russia,” A.Yatsenyuk said at a joint press-conference with the Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule.
