On April 25th, Sibur’s shareholders will consider the annual report of the company for 2013, as well as distribution of profit and loss (including payment of dividends) by results of the financial year, the company reports.
The date of of the final list of shareholders who can take part in the annual meeting of shareholders is April, 4th.
