Russia plans to supply 7 mln tons of oil to China by swap-scheme with Kazakhstan from 2014

From 2014 the oil supply to China by the swap-scheme with Kazakhstan might make up 7 mln tons, the Minister of Energy of Russia A. Novak said.
We are now shipping 7 mln tons a year, from 2014 the Kazakh party is to supply 7 mln tons at the swap-scheme to us. This volume is planned to be shipped directly to China, the Minister said.
