The governmental committee approved ratification of oil supply protocol from Kazakhstan in exchange for petroleum products

The governmental committee for legislative drafting activities has approved the ratification of the protocol on oil supply from Kazakhstan in exchange for petroleum products. It is said about in the materials of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The approval concerns the draft legislation “On ratification of a protocol on amending an agreement between the Government of Russia and Kazakhstan as for trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil and petroleum products supply to Kazakhstan, dated December 9, 2010.” The draft federal law has been developed by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Russia and Minenergo Russia.
