Gazprom “has forgot” about “Altai”, concentrated at the “Power of Siberia” project

On results of the visit of Chinese leader Xi Jinping to Moscow, where a memorandum on the supplies of Russian gas via “the eastern route” was signed, Gorno-Altai’s journalists have concluded that Russia and China decided to refuse to implement other pipeline project – the Altai gas pipeline, which construction has been discussed by Gazprom and CNPC during the last 7 years. The IA REGNUM reports, referring to local mass media, that during the visit of Xi Jinping to Moscow only “the eastern route” was discussed, and the question of the Altai gas pipeline wasn’t raised.
