According to RBK the RF Ministry of Energy and Economic Development identified the priority projects of "Rosneft", which can apply for funds from the National Welfare Fund (NWF). We were talking about the development projects of the Yurubcheno - Tokhomsk and Russkoye fields, plots of "Rospan" and the construction of the Angarsk Petrochemical Complex, a government official stated and a source close to "Rosneft" confirmed. Representatives of the RF Ministry of Energy and the state-owned company declined to comment. But the Deputy Economic Development Minister Nikolay Podguzov confirmed this information.
