Lukoil has closed contract with the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan

On February 26, Lukoil closed a contract for lubricants supplies with the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan. They participated at the signing ceremony the Deputy Minister of Defense General Colonel Mohibulla, and the delegation of Lukoil’s subsidiary LLK International. They met with the Minister of Transport D. Ali Najafi, the Minister of Energy I. Khan, the chief of Kabul Trade and Industrial Chamber M. Hair Hva. They expressed interest to broadening in Lukoil’s operation at the Afghan market.
