The Board of Directors of “Bashneft” ANK OJSC has taken a decision to increase the membership of the board up to 14 men, is said in a statement of the company.
The new-appointed board comprises managing vice president for regional sales D.Panyukov and vice-president for capital construction and logistic support D.Ryabchenko.
