In 2013, Tomskneft can decline investment by 22% to 14 billion rubles, the chief of the company V. Paltsev says. In 2012, it increased by 25% to 18 billion rubles, compared to the planned level of 17 billion rubles . The starting level is 14 billion rubles this year. They are planning to invest to infrastructure projects, pipelines and power lines. A larger number of machines remains in drilling since the previous year. In 2012, drilling and construction took major share in investment, and 142 wells were launched. This year they are going to launch 144 wells with less investment.
