In 2015, Gazprom invests 1 billion rubles in supply of gas to Karelia

Yesterday, chairman of the Gazprom’s Board Alexei Miller met with the head of Karelia Alexander Hudilaynen. The sides discussed the implementation of the cooperation agreement.

In particular, they talked about the supply of gas to the republic, the company’s press centre reports. In the current year, the company allocated 1 billion rubles for this purpose. The funds are provided mainly for the completion of the construction of a gas bend from the Volkhov - Petrozavodsk pipeline, gas distribution station Olonets, three inter-settlement gas pipelines and the continuation of the construction of three more.
