Low oil price won’t influence the terms of the Arctic projects realization in Russia, the RF Minister of Energy A. Novak says.
Now the projects are at the stage of geological exploration that sometimes can be executed only within several months a year, he explains. In his opinion, geological exploration won’t be stopped.
In the end of October, Rosneft asked the Russian Government to prolong the terms for execution of geological exploration at the Arctic shelf from 10 to 15 years due to complicated climatic conditions.
