As the Kommersant has got to know, last Wednesday, Perm subsidiary of TGC-9 (the main producer of heat and electricity in the Kama region) received an application from Lukoil- Permnefteorgsintez, which confirmed the refinery’s intention to acquire heat and electricity of the generating company during entire 2015. Let’s recall TGC-9 provides Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez through heat power plant -9.
