Basneft’s Board has approved the reorganization of “Bashneft-Roznitsa”

The Board of Directors of Bashneft approved today the reorganization of “Bashneft-Roznitsa” Ltd. 9 new enterprises are joined to the holding and 2 are liquidated.
The following enterprises will enter the structure of Bashneft OJSC: “Promenergoresource” Ltd, “Gelios” CJSC, “AZS-Saransk” Ltd, “AZS-Kurgan” Ltd, “AZS-Aktiv” CJSC, “AZS-Region” Ltd, “AZS-Ufa” Ltd, “OPTAN-AZS” CJSC and “Ural” CJSC.
