Shell is going to start oil products exports from Tver region

Shell is going to start oil products exports from the city of Torzhok in the Tver region, the regional director of the department for lubricants supplies in Central and Eastern Europe of Shell  O. Deriy says on November 25. Now they certify exports to Belarus, and analyze the Ukrainian market. Exports to Western Europe is possible in the future but is not reasonable now. Shell launched the complex for lubricants production in Torzhok in autumn 2012. The projected capacity of the enterprise is 180,000 tons a year.
