Rosneft’s investments into construction of LNG plant in Sakhalin are estimated at $6.5-8 billion, the company reports.
Rosneft wants to complete the plant construction in 2018. Today the company estimated the capacity of the plant at 5 million tons of liquefied natural gas per year.
