Gazprom can restart negotiations with Austria about participation in the South Stream project's construction, the Deputy Chairman of the holding, A. Medvedev says. He states that if the Austrian side officially performs such an initiative then Gazprom will discuss this offer, and, moreover, the agreement closed before at the intergovernmental level for cooperation in South Stream remains in force.
