Ministry of Economic Development improves oil production forecast for 2016

There will be produced 530.5 million tons of oil in 2015 in Russia. It will make up 533 million tons in 2016, 530 million tons in 2017 and 528 million tons in 2018. Forecast on gas production is down. This is the data from the summarized version of the forecast of the social and economic development, given by the Ministry of Economic Development. RIA Novosti reports.
The agency states that oil production in 2015 will approximately make up 531 million tons (+0.8% y-o-y), gas production – 626 billion cubic meters (-2.2%).
