With the help of some neighbors, Iran can restore raw oil exports that suffered a lot from the western sanctions. Russia suggested to supply goods and services in exchange for Iranian oil, and Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan suggested to restore oil swap transactions. The oil swaps aren’t a novelty because they are widely used for optimization of supplies suffering from different material and technical difficulties.
