General Prosecutor Office detects violations at takeover of the enterprises of the fuel-and-energy sector of Bashkiria

The RF General Prosecutor Office has detected violations of the legislation in the takeover of the enterprises of the fuel-and-energy sector of Bashkiria. They are takingn measures on the return of the property of “Bashneft”, an official spokesman for the main regulatory agency M.Gridneva said.

It is said in the press-release that, taking into consideration that the transfer of assets has been carried out in conflict with the state property privatization procedure, the General Prosecutor Office initiated legal proceedings at the Arbitration Court of Moscow. It is the reclamation of property from another’s adverse possession and the adoption of interlocutory injunction in terms of arrest of the shares of the OJSC “Oil company “Bashneft”.
