Bashneft’s shares arrested by request of Russian General Procurator’s Office

The courts have arrested Bashneft’s shares at the request of the General Procurator’s Office of the Russian Federation, the official representative of the General Procurator’s Office M.Gridneva reported on September 26th, 2014.
The General Procurator’s Office make a claim in the Moscow Commercial Court on the recovery of property from illegal possession and interim measures in the form of the arrest of the Bashneft’s shares.
The Moscow Commercial Court granted the application of the Prosecutor General, took the interim measures and arrested Bashneft’ shares, owned by AFK Sistema and Sistema-Invest.
