Completion of Lukoil’s transaction for purchase of 37.5% in the Cameroon shelf project is postponed for 2 months

The completion of the transaction of Lukoil and Bowleven registered in Edinburgh, Scotland for purchase of 37.5% in the Cameroon shelf project by the Russian company for over $185 million has been postponed for 2 months, until the end of October. The prolongation is needed for the satisfying of all the necessary conditions. In particular, the Cameroon Government has not approved transferring of the stocks and authorities of the operator of the project. They announced about the transaction on June 24th 2014.
