UVZ’s subsidiary will be engaged with coal production

UVZ-Logistic, a subsidiary of Uralvagonozavod is buying the Zarechnaya coal company with machine building plants in Russia and Germany and a port in Latvia. This transaction will provide the plant with additional sales of up to 10,000 railway cars annually, in the time of recession and, moreover, UVZ is going to continue assets consolidation.
