Bashneft shareholders will discuss at the absent extraordinary session on Monday the sales of 98% in United Oil Chemical Company (ONK) to AFK Systema for 6.2 billion rubles. The registry was closed on July 18. The transaction sum was defined on the basis of independent evaluation.
