In 2014, Rosneft to start to pump gas into layer at the Verkhnechonskoye field

The utilization of associated petroleum gas by its pumping into layer will start at the Verkhnechonskoye oil and gas condensate field at the end of 2014, the Verkhnechonskgaz’s (VChNG)) General Director S.Fedorov reported to journalists.
“We construct a gas supply pipeline. All the necessary equipment is delivered by water, in particular, a large compressor, made by GE, is located at the river terminal in Ust-Kut. We will deliver it to the field in a few days and start to mount it. Concurrently we drill gas-injection wells,” – he said.
