LUKOIL puts the primary oil refining installation (ELOU-AVT-1) into operation at Volgograd oil refinery

V.Alekperov, A.Dvorkovich, deputy Minister of Energy K.Molodsov and A.Bocharov, governor of the Volgograd region took part in the ceremonial launch into operation of ELOU-AVT-1 (crude oil distillation unit).
The unit is the largest installation in the company. Its production capacity makes up 6 million tons of oil a year.
