Saratovnefteproduct will not pay dividends for 2012

Saratovnefteproduct, a regional subsidiary of BP-TNK will not pay dividends for 2012, and decide to remain net profit of 128.826 million rubles for the company. It paid dividends of 97.3 rubles per equal and preference stock for 2011.
