Board of Directors of Slavneft, joint venture of Rosneft and Gazpromneft, recommends not to pay dividends for 2014

The Board of Directors of Slavneft (a joint venture of Rosneft and Gazpromneft) has recommended the shareholders not to pay dividends for 2014, the company reports.
The dividends are not planned to be paid in connection with the formation of the net loss by results of 2014 in the amount of 6.324 billion rubles.
