Rosneft to construct LNG plant on coast of the Pechora Sea

The oil company intends to build an LNG plant on the Pechora Sea coast, where gas from land and offshore field will be supplied.
Alltech sought entry into the Pechora LNG project of the state-owned company for a long time. The agreement, which must be signed this week, provides that Rosneft will have 50% plus one share in the joint venture.
Rosneft will pay its stake in the project with money (over $100 million), a source close to the company told the Vedomosti.
