Naftogaz to attract lawyers to the dispute with Gazprom

The Ukrainian Cabinet instructed Naftogaz to attract legal advisers to protect the rights and interests of theUkraine during the settlement of the gas dispute with Russia's Gazprom. This decision was made by the government on May 7th, 2014.
According to the document, the Cabinet led Naftogaz Ukrainy from application of decree № 899 dated October 3rd, 2012, according to which state-owned companies are forbidden to spend money for information, auditing and consulting services outwith the approved annual financial plan.
