Russian Subsoil Use Management Agency has reissued license for Western-Chernomorsky field to Rosneft from its subsidiary

The Russian Subsoil Use Management Agency has reissued the license for oil and gas geological exploration at the Western-Chernomorsky field to Rosneft from its subsidiary Val Shatskogo LLC. The license is valid until 2018. The holder should perform engineering and geological research within the prepared structure for drilling of prospecting and estimating wells not later than 2015, to complete construction of at least 2 prospecting and estimating wells in 2015-2016 and to present the report about the results of the performed work on geological exploration of the field before 2018.
