Rosneft and Lukoil joint venture granted the right for production at the Novoye deposit

The Russian Government has granted to Priazovneft Oil Company, the joint venture of Rosneft and Lukoil the right for the use of a subsoil site of federal importance for hydrocarbons exploration and production at the Novoye deposit located in the Temryuk Gulf of the Azov Sea. The corresponding order was signed on April 18. By the moment of introduction of the project of the order to the Russian Government, the one-time payment for subsoil use was 161.430 million rubles.
