The Ministry of Energy has suggested to Rosneft to introduce amendments to the financial model for construction of the first stage of VNHC, East Siberian Oil Chemical Company in Far East, before March 28. They suggest to execute that in 3 variants with division of the value of the external infrastructure objects by the stages of the projects and presenting the sources and the method of defining of the prices for realization of oil products and petrochemicals at the national and the international markets.
