Gazprom does not change financial plans for 2014 due to the events in the Ukraine, the director of the financial and economy department of the holding A. Kruglov says. In December, the Board of Directors admitted the budget for 2014 at a rate of 5.552 trillion rubles, and the total payment is 5.651 trillion rubles. The planned external loans are 90 billion rubles, and funds proficiency, concerning inner-group loans and opening balances at the accounts of the company, was 0.5 billion rubles.
