The RF Ministry of Energy wants quotas on fuel export.

The RF Ministry of Energy proposes a new mechanism to restrict export of light oil products so that it would be easier for the agency to cope with rising prices. Ministry wants to make oil companies sell the domestically fixed quota of the total volume of gasoline and diesel fuel. "Ъ" sources in the oil company called this idea another attempt of the market administrative regulation, but the experts doubt its effectiveness.
