Metalloinvest of A. Usmanov has decided to turn away from the representation in the Board of Directors of Norilsk Nickel in favor of the suggested by him independent candidate – head of “Rostekh”, S. Chemezov. Moreover, large co-owners of Norilsk Nickel (Rusal and Interros with the agreement of the future shareholder Millhouse) will also give a part of votes for Mr. Chemezov at the meeting on March 11th to support him as an independent director.
