Russian coal is not going to the Ukraine without electricity in the Crimea.

The Russian authorities have threatened Kiev answer the blackout Crimea with a ban on the export of coal from Russia. Although officially it has not yet entered, the sources of "the Kommersant" inform that yesterday coal had ceased to cross the border of the Ukraine. Also an informal ban worked a year ago, when the Ukraine was trying to arrange a blockade of the DPR and the LPR. Refusal of the coal exports could hit both the Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry of the Russian Federation.
