Russia thinks that the Ukraine obtained more due to gas agreement

By results of the agreement between Moscow and Kiev on gas supplies, the Ukraine had won, and the Russian side received the least benefit, 39% of Russians believe, according to the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTsIOM).
At the end of October, Russian Federation, the Ukraine and the European Commission agreed on a winter gas package, provides for gas supplies to the Ukraine at a discount of $100 per thousand cubic meters ($385) from November to March 2015. The Ukraine plans to prepay for Russian gas supplies before December 1.
