The RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls the pressure on the participants of the "South Stream" unprecedented.

Russia is ready to resume the dialogue on the "South Stream" project, which was interrupted due to the change in the composition of the European Commission, and expects to find solutions to advance this project, Alexei Meshkov, the RF Deputy Foreign Minister, told Russian journalists after the political consultations in Athens, RIA Novosti informs.

"Currently the process of changing the European Commission is under way. Therefore, the dialogue on "South Stream" that we started with the EU, is currently not carried out. The Russian side is ready to resume it", - Meshkov stated.
