Bashneft has raised 7.5 billion rubles in ONK sales

Bashneft has raised 7.575 billion rubles minus profit tax of 831 million rubles in the sales of United Oil Company, ONK as a result of cancelling of the transaction with System AFK, according to the consolidated accounting of the company.
The sides closed the transaction on September 17, 2013, and cancelled on September 24, 2014. Since the purchase date until September 30, ONK gained net profit of 96 million rubles, and revenue of 796 million rubles.
