By 2020, Russia will increase depth of oil refining to 92%, the RF Minister of Energy A. Novak says. The oil and gas sector has upgraded 33 plants with introduction of the state-of-art technologies.
The Ministry reports that in 2013 depth of oil refining increase to 71.5% compared to 71.2% in 2012. They use now several stimulating energy effective measures aimed to enlargement of the depth of oil refining, such as subsidizing, tax benefits, and tariffs policy. In 2015-2016, within the realized tax maneuver, depth of oil refining will exceed 80%.
