The Ministry of Finance does not exclude disputes with oil companies in 2014, concerning an increase of export duty on dark oil products. The oil companies are going to insist on compensation of shortfall in budget income. The deputy head of the Ministry S.Shatalov said, Prime reports.
To date, an export duty on light and dark petroleum products is unified at 66% of oil export duty. An increase of duty on dark oil products, according to Minfin, will bring an extra 255.5 billion roubles into the budget in 2015 and 229.3 billion roubles in 2016.
