LUKOIL to increase diesel fuel production at Perm oil refinery by 325 thousand tons in 2014

LUKOIL has put in operation distillate hydro treatment unit at Perm oil refinery. The plant has passed technical upgrading under the quadripartite agreement, signed in July 2011 between the company, Federal Antimonopoly Service, Rostechnadzor and Rosstandard.
