In H1 2014, VEB will act as one of the organizers for attraction of the syndicated credit to Yamal LNG project, the chief of the bank ,V. Dmitriyev says. By this time he awaits admission of all corporate decisions by Novatek and LNG.
The total investment to Yamal LNG project is going to be Euro 20 billion. The project presupposes an the construction of an LNG Plant at Yamal. Novatek is the majority shareholder of the project. Total holds 20%, and CNPC is going to buy before December 1 20% as well. The latter binds itself to provide help in attraction of external financing of the project from the Chinese financial institutions
