Rosneft reduced capital expenditures on Far Eastern LNG to $9.8 bln

Rosneft and ExxonMobil, implementing a project to build an LNG plant in the village of De-Kastri in the Khabarovsk region, has recalculated the cost of the project, reduced it to $9.8 billion.
