Russia ready to cancel tax limits for oil and oil products within Customs Union

Russia is ready to cancel tax limits for oil and oil products within Customs Union, if the analogical measures are agreed by the other participants of the Union, the President of Russia V. Putin said at the summit of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (EurAsEC) in Minsk. The President of Kazakhstan, N. Nazarbayev suggested the formula that by some definite time they’ll settle the dates and directions for these withdrawals. The President of Belarus A. Lukashenko supports the suggestion; he’s ready to intensification in competition in some spheres, and promises to make the decision within the limited time that would be appropriate for Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Earlier Mr. Lukashenko claimed that Belarus hoped for cancellation from January 1 2014 of the charging of the republic  duties for oil products exports made fom Russian oil. Otherwise, Minsk will be unable to further participate in the Customs Union. He claims that if Minsk did  not transfer to the Russian budget the duties from exports outside of Customs Union of the oil products made of Russian oil, ‘Belarus would have been able to build the Emirates’. Moreover, he thinks that they would win from cancelling of withdrawals and limitations in mutual trading not only Belarus and Russia but also to Kazakhstan.
