Rosgeologiya suggests to grant it licenses on non-tender basis

Rosgeologiya uniting the state geological assets suggests to introduce the amendments to the Law ‘About Subsoil’ that would allow to the company as a strategy state enterprise to get subsoil for use under the application principle, on non-tender basis.

These changes were suggested by the chief of Rosgeologiya, R. Panov at the session of the governmental commission for the social and economic development of Far East on Thursday. The measure can intensify granting of the license and geological prospecting of the most perspective subsoil.
