Commercial court rejects a claim of two minority shareholders of BP-TNK, who demanded for offer from Rosneft

On Friday, the Moscow Commercial Court rejected a claim of the minority shareholder of BP-TNK Holding Sergei Davydov, who asked to bind Rosneft to make a public offer on the purchase of the securities, a correspondent of RAPSI transmits.

The Moscow Commercial Court also rejected a claim of another minority shareholder of BP-TNK Holding – Viktor Tsobenko - with the same demand.
