Russian oil companies lose 378 billion rubles from tax manoeuvre, additional burden is unreasonable

Additional tax burden on the oil and gas industry, proposed by the Russian Ministry of Finance, is impractical; the industry has lost 378 billion rubles from the tax maneuver in 2015, and in 2016, it will lose 230 billion, the Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.
"In fact, the tax maneuver had withdrawn 378 billion rubles from the oil companies in 2015, next year it will take 230 billion else, that is, more than 600 billion rubles for two years. That is, in this sense, the companies already have the negative effect of the decrease in prices, including because of the tax maneuver, "- Novak said to reporters.
